Payments and payment methods
With real money you buy ONE thing only: Pauta (4 fixed packs; the bigger it is, the better the per-unit price). Premium and the services are redeemed afterward WITH Pauta. On the web: MercadoPago in pesos (Argentina only), an international card in dollars or crypto (biggest pack only). In the mobile app: App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.
What you buy
With real money you buy Pauta (the premium currency: it rushes builds, boosts, perks — it never buys combat power). Premium and the services are redeemed afterward with that Pauta, in days that stack. The price is locked when the payment is created: even if the dollar swings while you pay, you're charged what you saw.
Payment methods
The method depends on where you buy. On the web: MercadoPago in pesos (Argentina only), an international card in dollars (for everyone), or crypto in dollars (biggest pack only). In the mobile app: your phone's store — App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. Each system requires it for in-app purchases (no other option in there). However you buy, you get the same Pauta.
From the web
Argentina only. You pay with a credit or debit card, your Mercado Pago balance, a bank transfer or cash (whatever MP offers). The base price is in dollars and gets converted to pesos at the going dollar rate (locked per payment). You can pay in installments depending on your card.
mercadopago.com.ar →You pay in dollars with an international card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The charge is processed by Paddleas the registered seller (Merchant of Record), which handles the taxes. Available worldwide; if you're not in Argentina, this is the method you'll see.
paddle.com →You pay with crypto (BTC, USDT and others), with the amount in dollars. The charge is processed by NOWPayments. Because of network minimums, it's only available for the biggest pack; the Pauta is credited once the transaction confirms on-chain.

In the iPhone/iPad app you buy Pauta with your Apple ID: whatever card, balance or Apple Pay you have set up. Apple charges it and the Pauta credits itself. It's the only method inside the iOS app — Apple requires it for digital purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Which currency
The base price is in dollars (USD). With MercadoPago (Argentina) you're charged in Argentine pesos (ARS), converted at the dollar rate at the time of purchase (that rate is locked in your payment). With an international card the charge is straight in dollars. In the mobile app, Apple and Google charge in your store's currency and show you the final price before you confirm (each store sets its own price tiers, so it may differ by a few cents from the web).
Payment statuses

| Expired | Too much time passed without completing and the payment lapsed. Nothing was charged. |
These statuses are from the web flow (MercadoPago). In the mobile app the store confirms the charge instantly: if the purchase is approved, the Pauta lands on its own; if you cancel or it fails, nothing is charged.
How it's credited
Crediting is automatic and the system confirms it (never the customer): when the provider or the store (App Store / Google Play) reports the payment was approved, we add the Pauta or the Premium days. It usually takes seconds; if you head back to the store and don't see it right away, give it a moment and refresh. Even if the provider's notice arrives several times, it credits only once (never extra).
Refunds
A refund on a web payment (MercadoPago in pesos or card in dollars via Paddle) is handled by support. If a payment is refunded, the credited Pauta is deductedfrom your balance (it can go negative until it's settled).
Purchases via App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, not us: the request goes through the store (Report a Problem on the App Store / Refunds on Google Play). When the store approves the refund it notifies us and we deduct the Pauta automatically for that payment.
Chargebacks — important
A chargeback is when you dispute a charge with your bank or with Mercado Pago to get your money back. If a chargeback is opened on one of your payments:
- The purchase is reversed: we remove the Pauta or the Premium days you'd gotten from that payment.
- Your account gets locked: you won't be able to play while the chargeback stays open.
- To reactivate it, you have to re-credit (re-pay) the disputed payment. As soon as it clears, the account unlocks automaticallyand you get your purchase back. If you don't, the account stays locked.
- If you had a legitimate problem with a payment, message supportbefore filing a chargeback: we'll sort it out without locking the account.
This applies to payments by card / Mercado Pago. Purchases via App Store or Google Playdon't use card chargebacks: any complaint goes through the store (Apple/Google), which decides the refund — and if it approves, the Pauta is reversed all the same (see Refunds).
Security
Your payment data (card) is processed by Mercado Pago and, in the mobile app, by Apple and Google on their own platforms. Political Wars never sees or stores your card data. Every payment confirmation is signed and verified before we credit.
