Resources and production
Three resources drive everything: Cash, Pork and Spin. You make them by building, stash them in The Warehouse, and keep your district running on population.
The three resources
Cash: the game's base currency. Produced by The Grift.
Pork: the boots-on-the-ground muscle that moves the machine. Produced by The Grassroots.
Spin: the media resource. Produced by The Spin Factory.
Each one comes out of its own producing building. The game's fourth currency, Pauta, is premium and gets covered separately.
How production grows
Production is geometric: each level of the producing building yields more than the last. It starts at 30/hour at level 1 and grows by about 16% per level compounded. The Nation's speed multiplies everything: on a 2x Nation, you produce double per hour.
Storage and population
The Warehouse sets how much you can hold (grows ~23% per level): anything over capacity is lost, so it pays to spend before you overflow. The Base sets your population cap (grows ~17% per level), and population is eaten up by your buildings and your troops: if you run out of population, you can't build or recruit any more until you free up room.
Values by level
